Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched in the same week after receipt of payment and are shipped via the chosen method at checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please check the order status as we will try to minize the number of trips to the post-office and hence shipment may not happen on the same day of the order.

If you prefer delivery by another shipment method, there may be an additional cost, so please contact us before placing the order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will add it to the shipping options and notify you once it's ready to be used.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. The items will be wrapped to provide additional protection in transit.

Lead Times

We will do our best to get parts out as soon as possible, however, due to the nature of this business we will keep you informed should your order enter a cue.

In case we face an unexpected high volume of orders we will immediatelly notify you of the EPST (Expected Printing Starting Time/date).

Also, please plan for additional time if ordering in bulk. We are able to send batches if some of the order is needed sooner.
